Where do you deliver?

If you live outside of these areas but are interested in getting Toddler Tucker out to you, please contact us we will see what we can do.

When do you deliver?

We deliver on weekdays during business hours 8.30am - 6pm. Please check our delivery day finder to find out what day we delivery to your area each week. Your order needs to be made by 8am the morning prior to a delivery to your area.

What if I'm not at home?

If you’re not home to receive your delivery, your order will be placed in a safe area near your front door unless other instructions have been provided at time of purchase checkout. We don’t recommend that deliveries be left on the doorstep for long periods of time, as it is not good food practice. Once the product is delivered a text message will be sent to your mobile number if you have given us that detail to let you know what time the order was delivered to ensure the meals are put in the freezer before any thawing occurs.

Better still, if you know your not going to be home for majority of your delivery day why not have your order delivered to your workplace, child’s daycare centre, neighbour, relative or friend’s house. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

How do you deliver the orders?

Meals are packaged in plastic vacuum packs bags for convenience, leaving plenty of room in your freezer for the Ice-cream! We deliver our meals in Toddler Tucker insulated bags with a sheet of frozen techni ice and will remain frozen for up to 4 hours in the correct temperature conditions. We encourage you to get the meals into your freezer not long after delivery time.

What is the order deadline time?

The cut off time is 8am the previous business day. Orders placed after 8am will be delivered the following week on your suburb delivery day. (check the delivery advisor on our home page).

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

For any order cancellations or any changes please contact us or phone 0411 244 368 by 8pm the business day prior to your delivery day.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any Toddler Tucker product please contact us as soon as possible. If you accept a delivery that is not frozen solid please contact us immediately on 0411 244 368.
